Why connect Salesforce to Curiosity?


Connecting Curiosity and Salesforce lets you:​

  • Find everything and focus on making the sale
  • Search your opportunities, contacts and emails in one place
  • Open Salesforce pages from the command bar


How to connect Salesforce


To connect Salesforce with Curiosity:

  1. In the left bar, hover over Apps and click the + button
  2. In the list of apps to connect, find Salesforce and click Connect
  3. In the browser window that opens, log into your Salesforce account (you may also need to enter an email verification code)
  4. Click Allow


Salesforce will appear under Apps and you can search its content. You will see the same data you can see in Salesforce because your permissions are preserved in Curiosity.


Notes


  • Curiosity does not support custom data types in Salesforce
  • Salesforce contacts and organizations are also saved under Contacts and Organizations in the Curiosity app


🪪 Salesforce requires a Curiosity Pro license.


💡 To connect a company Salesforce account, you may need to contact your IT administrator.
