Why change your Curiosity subscription

🪪 You can change between subscriptions if you want to upgrade or downgrade in the future.

🔐 Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Curiosity never sees or stores your credit card details.

How to change or cancel your Curiosity subscription from the app

To check or change your Curiosity subscription from the app:
In the left bar, click the cog (⚙️) icon for Preferences
Go to the section Account in the left sidebar
Click the button Manage my plan
A browser window will open with your Curiosity dashboard
In the left bar, click Subscription and click the button Manage my subscription on Stripe
You will be redirected to Stripe, where you can see your billing history and choose which plan you want

How to change or cancel your Curiosity subscription from a browser

If you no longer have the app installed, you can change your subscription from the browser.
In a browser, go to https://accounts.curiosity.ai
Click Sign in and then Sign in with email
Enter the email address you used for your Curiosity account and click Send magic email
Check your email account for the email with the magic link
Click the magic link and a browser window will open with your Curiosity dashboard
In the left bar, click Subscription and click the button Manage my subscription on Stripe
You'll be redirected to Stripe, where you can see your billing history and choose which plan you want

If you don't get an email in step 4, check your spam folder and try again. If you're still not seeing an email, contact us using the chat on our website.
