The AI assistant is disabled by default in Curiosity. In that case, no data is sent to OpenAI.
After you enable the AI Assistant, you can access it from the app or from the Curiosity command bar.

How to Enable the AI Assistant

To enable the AI assistant:
Open Preferences by clicking the cog (⚙️) icon in the left sidebar
In the Preferences sidebar, click AI Assistant
In the Preferences page on the AI Assistant that opens, click the dropdown and select Enabled

If you want, you can also customize the AI Assistant with an Avatar and a Personality.

How to Disable the AI Assistant

If you have enabled the AI assistant, you can disable it at any time under Preferences.

To turn the AI assistant off:
Open Preferences by clicking the cog (⚙️) icon in the left sidebar
In the Preferences sidebar, click AI Assistant
In the Preferences page on the AI Assistant that opens, click the dropdown and select Disabled
