Why add Microsoft Academic to Curiosity

Connecting Microsoft Academic to Curiosity lets you use Microsoft Academic from the Curiosity Command Bar. That means you can call up Microsoft Academic from anywhere using Alt + Space (Windows) or ⌘ + Space (Mac).

How to add Microsoft Academic to Curiosity

To add Microsoft Academic to Curiosity:
In the left bar, hover over Apps and click + (Add more apps)
In the list of apps, find Microsoft Academic and click Connect

To use Microsoft Academic with Curiosity:
Call up the Command Bar using using Alt + Space (Windows) or ⌘ + Space (Mac)
Type Microsoft Academic! and when the option Search Microsoft Academic! comes up hit Tab to select it
Type your search keywords and hit Enter

Your browser will open a Microsoft Academic search for your keywords.

Note this search uses the Microsoft Academic search engine on the internet, so your search terms will be sent to Microsoft Academic.
