Why add Google Scholar to Curiosity

Connecting Google Scholar to Curiosity lets you use Google Scholar from the Curiosity Command Bar. That means you can call up Google Scholar from anywhere using Alt + Space (Windows) or ⌘ + Space (Mac).

How to add Google Scholar to Curiosity

To add Google Scholar to Curiosity:
In the left bar, hover over Apps and click + (Add more apps)
In the list of apps, find Google Scholar and click Connect

To use Google Scholar with Curiosity:
Call up the Command Bar using using Alt + Space (Windows) or ⌘ + Space (Mac)
Type Google Scholar! and when the option Search Google Scholar! comes up hit Tab to select it
Type your search keywords and hit Enter

Your browser will open a Google Scholar search for your keywords.

Note this search uses the Google Scholar search engine on the internet, so your search terms will be sent to Google Scholar.
